Elissa Steamer 1999:

Ed Templeton uploaded some photos from his personal archive to the Toy Machine site and personal blog; not only are they really good photos but they're bringing back some really good memories too.Elissa was the first girl to shred with the pros back in 93; I still remember lamping in my mom’s apartment, five kids eating as many frozen pizzas and drinking as much orange juice as we could and rewinding that infamous bust at the end of Steamer’s part in Welcome to Hell before heading out to skate. That was the life.

A little late on the jump but...

I finally got my issue of COG 4 and my copy of Fast FridayJordan Hufnagel, Keo Curry, and Gina Marie of KingKog all got really sweet spreads in this COG, but they didn’t mention whether or not Gina was single...ahem. COG 5 should be out soon! Also, new bike day is coming! My baby will soon be on her way from Miami.

Cupcakes Re-Up!

Johnny Cupcakes just (literally JUST) re-did the site/blog for the season and there are new seasonal items in the bake sale! I bought my annual holiday t-shirt from Johnny and I recommend you do the same. I love this brand year-round but he seems to do his best work this time of year.Oh yeah, Happy October!

HOVA for HOPE.

It pains me to write this entry because I will not be attending the HOVA for HOPE concert at Bay front Park in Miami this weekend. Sunday October 5th, Jay-Z will be giving a free concert in Miami to promote voter registration and democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama's campaign. The Monday after the show is the last date to register to vote if you want to cast a ballot in this little Presidential election in November. Even if I could get it off of work, I'm sure all of the tickets are long gone.
