Brooklyn Biker, John Prolly, gets a custom built BMW because he split his down tube on a surly, now he's completely broken the arm off of his Sugino Road crank - the man is easily the toughest rider on this coast.

I'm starting to get accustomed to the fact that this guy goes through parts like underwear; actually the most surprising part of the whole deal is that he hasn't yet written about it on his blog!

This is the first track I have heard from "Yes We Can: Voices of a Grass Roots Movement" and it's a hell of an introduction. "Promised Land" features Malik Yusef on the spoken word, Kanye West spitting bars and Adam Levine on the hook and some soulful adlibs.
